About the Instructor
Hello, my name is Alyssa (ah-lie-zah) and I am a licensed Winnipeg Zumba® and Zumba® Toning Instructor.
I have a passion for bringing people together and uplifting their energies. What I love most about Zumba® fitness is the togetherness that is promoted through dance and group fitness.
I created this program to provide a fun and safe space for our community members that allows them to feel good about exercise and express themselves freely through dance and music.
